MORIA DESIGN is the manufacturer of the offered assortment. As a Polish handicraft company, we work with the utmost care to ensure that our products are durable and functional. We guarantee their high quality with full responsibility, however, if the goods you purchase have a defect, you can file a complaint.
How to do it?
To report a defect fill in the complaint form available hereand then send it to sklep@moriadesign.pl. Remember to include a photograph showing the defect in all the products with your application. You can also send your report by post to our office address.
If you have an account on https://www.moriadesign.plAfter logging in from your account, you can search through your order history and select the product you wish to advertise.
IMPORTANCE: The time limit for processing a complaint is 14 days from the date of receipt of a complete application. Within this period, you will be contacted and informed of the next steps. If your report proves to be valid, the advertised goods will be exchanged for a defect-free copy or a refund will be given.
REFUNDS
A refund as a result of a claim will be made within a maximum of 14 working days of receipt of the package and depends on the method of the original payment:
- in the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by transfer to the account indicated by you on the claim form;
- in the case of online payment, the refund is made by transfer to the account from which you sent the money.
