Delivery and payment

PAYMENT

In the MORIA DESIGN online shop, you can pay for your order in several ways: by quick online payment (e.g. by credit card or BLIK), by traditional bank transfer and by cash on delivery.

Quick online payment

After selecting this form of payment, the buyer will be redirected to the list of banks and then to the login page of their preferred bank when the order is finalised. Once the payment has been made, it will be credited according to the bank's procedures and once it has been received by MORIA DESIGN, the order will proceed to the next stage of processing.

Cash on delivery

The order can also be paid upon delivery by cash or credit card at the courier delivering the parcel (if the selected courier has the option to pay by card).

DELIVERY

We make every effort to ensure that the products you purchase reach you as quickly as possible.

Delivery costs for an international parcel within the EU, with maximum dimensions: 2 x length + 2 x width + height ≤ 300.00 cm, with the height being the longest side of the parcel and a parcel weight of up to 15.00 kg:

  • delivery on territory: Germany, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Lithuania and Latvia -. EUR 12.00 (all products except bicycle racks), EUR 25,00 (bicycle racks),
  • delivery in the rest of the EU EUR 15,00 (all products except bicycle racks), EUR 30,00 (bicycle racks).
