Return

In the event of your order cancellation, we will be sorry, however we guarantee a refund of the amount paid for your order within 14 days of receipt of delivery provided that all items of the order are returned in unaltered condition. This means that the product must not be damaged, modified or bear any signs of use. Furthermore, the product should have all tags and labels, if it had them. A product sold as a set cannot be returned in parts, but only as a whole as purchased.

YOU CAN RETURN YOUR PURCHASE IN A FEW SIMPLE STEPS:

1. Fill out return form available hereand then send it to sklep@moriadesign.pl. You can also send your application by post, to our office address.
2. Pack the goods carefully so that they are not damaged in transit.
3. Include a completed and printed returns form with your package.
   Include the number of the order you are returning on the parcel. Failure to include the number may lengthen the recognition of the parcel and the settlement of the refund.
4. Next:
   • for domestic orders, shipped within Poland > send the goods you wish to return to the address:
     " ŚLUSARSTWO KAMIŃSKI " Mateusz Kamiński
     Stromiec, 4 Stok Street, 26-804 Stromiec
   • in the case of foreign orders, shipped within the territory of one of the other EU member states > send the goods you wish to return to the address we provided in the e-mail reply to your return request.
5. You will receive a refund for the returned product within 14 days of receiving the parcel in stock and this will depend on the method of original payment:
   • in the case of cash on delivery, the refund will be made by bank transfer, to the account indicated by you on the return form;
   • in the case of payment by bank transfer (also by card in an InPost parcel machine, BLIK), the refund is made by transfer to the account from which you sent the money.

IMPORTANCE:

1. We do not accept returns on delivery.
2. We do not refund delivery costs for returning an order.
