WHO IS THE CONTROLLER OF YOUR DATA?
The person responsible for the processing of your data is Mateusz Kamiński, carrying out business activities under the name " ŚLUSARSTWO KAMIŃSKI " Mateusz Kamiński with registered office in Stromiec (registered office and delivery address: ul. Stok 4, 26-804 Stromiec, Poland); entered in the Central Register and Information on Business Activity; NIP: 7981467585; REGON: 146218800; operating under the trademark MORIA DESIGN, registered in the European Union Office for Intellectual Property under no. 018622009 hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.
WHAT DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE?
We collect your data in order to better tailor the Shop's offerings to your needs, whereby the provision of this data is entirely voluntary, insofar as it is not necessary for us to provide a service to you.
At the stage when you are not yet our customer, but only interested in our offer and browsing our website, we collect data for statistical purposes of viewing the website and sub-sites of the shop. At this stage, we are not yet able to assign this data to a specific person. We only know your gender, your age and your interests.
Once you have decided to order a product from us, we receive information from you about your name, home address and contact telephone number. If you are self-employed, you will also provide us with information about your company and your NIP (Tax Identification Number). The purpose of collecting your data is to process your order, fulfil the sales contract thus concluded, deliver the goods to the place indicated by you, as well as post-sale service and customer satisfaction survey in relation to the use of our shop.
DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
You have the right at all times to unrestricted access to and correction of your personal data processed by us. In order to clarify any concerns you may have in relation to our processing of your personal data and to exercise your rights (referred to below), we have appointed a Data Protection Officer within our company, whom you can contact by writing an email to: biuro@moriadesign.pl. You can also use the account service to correct your personal data.
WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE?
a) Access to data
If you would like to find out what data we process about you, you can make a data access request to us. We will then provide you with information about whether we are processing your data, alternatively which data we are processing and for what purpose. You can also request a copy of your data and we will provide you with a copy free of charge the first time. The price of subsequent copies of your data will be the actual cost of handling your request.
(b) Correction of data
If there has been a mistake when entering your data and you see that it is incorrect, please point out the error to us, we will correct it.
(c) Completion of data
If the data we hold is incomplete or has simply changed over time, please tell us and we will complete and update it. Please note, however, that we do not need data that is not necessary for us to provide our services to you. In such a situation, we will refuse to complete your data because we want to protect your privacy.
(d) Deletion of data
If you consider that:
- Your data is not necessary for us for the purposes for which it was collected or processed for other lawful purposes,
- You have withdrawn your consent to data processing and there is no other legal basis for processing,
- You have raised an effective objection to the processing of that data and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing,
- Data was processed unlawfully,
- The need to delete the data arises from our legal obligation,
- Your data has been collected in connection with the offering of information society services,
Tell us about it! We will analyse your request and if we find that you are right, we will permanently delete your data.
e) Restriction of data processing
If you consider that we should restrict the processing of your data because:
- They are incorrect, but you do not wish to delete them or they cannot be deleted - we will restrict their processing for a period of time to check their correctness,
- The processing is unlawful, but you do not want it deleted or we no longer need your data for the purpose we have presented to you, but you need it to establish, assert and defend your rights,
- You have objected to the processing of your data and wish to restrict the processing of your data for the duration of the objection,
Tell us about it! We will verify your position and, during the restriction of data processing, we will store your data, but we will not process it (i.e. in particular use or transfer it) without your consent unless for a purpose in accordance with the law or in order to establish, assert or defend the rights of another natural or legal person or for compelling reasons of public interest.
(f) Objection in a specific situation
If you have a special situation and we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest, we will take your objection into account unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for the processing overriding your interest, rights and freedoms or grounds for establishing, pursuing or defending claims.
(g) Objection for statistical purposes
If you have a particular situation and do not want us to process your data for statistical purposes, please tell us and justify your position. We will take your objection into account unless the processing of your data is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest.
h) Objection to direct marketing
If you do not want us to process your data for direct marketing purposes, we will respect your objection and will not process your data for this purpose.
In doing so, you can also exercise your other rights, such as withdrawing any consents you have given us or transferring your data to another Administrator. We will comply with your requests, unless they are contrary to applicable law or harm the important interests of our company.
However, if you consider that we are incorrectly collecting and processing your personal data, you may at any time lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority that monitors compliance with data protection legislation, which in Poland is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR DATA
We undertake to keep confidential everything we learn about in the performance of the contract between us, with the proviso that we must share your data with those who help us fulfil the purpose for which we are collecting it.
These include, but are not limited to, the relevant state and local authorities, or third parties, if they request such information on the appropriate legal basis, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable law, as well as the courier companies delivering the ordered products to you, the operators of the payment systems in the case of online payments and the accounting, personnel, IT and law firms servicing us.
Please note, however, that in order to protect your data, we have entered into data entrustment agreements with all of these entities, in which they have committed to respect the principles introduced by the RODO.
CONSENT TO DATA PROCESSING
In connection with our collection of your data, we need to obtain your consents to process your data i.e. to collect, organise, store, organise etc. We collect two types of consents.
The first relates to ordinary data that we process for marketing purposes and this is consent given at the stage when you are not yet our customer, but are browsing our website, interested in our commercial offer. You then provide us with an email address and possibly your name. By agreeing to the processing of your data for this purpose, we will be able to meet your expectations and tailor the shop's offer to your needs. We will introduce you to goods in which you may be interested and inform you about new products we have prepared especially for you.
The second consent relates to the processing of your personal data for the purpose of concluding and fulfilling the sales contract. This consent includes data such as your name, home address, contact telephone number, possibly your company name and NIP (Tax Identification Number) if you are self-employed. By obtaining your consent to the processing of this data, you will be able to buy the goods you are interested in from us and we will deliver them to the address you have indicated.
Remember, however, that the consents you have given us can always be withdrawn by you without justification. To do so, please contact our Data Protection Officer. He or she will give you instructions on how to proceed and will refer to your request. If this is not prevented by law or important company interests, we will stop collecting and processing your data and the data will be deleted immediately.

Cookies are also used to store information about the contents of your shopping cart, they also collect information for statistical purposes (number of visits to the site, most frequently viewed products) used by GoogleAnalytics mechanisms. In any case, you can block the installation of cookies or delete permanent cookies using the relevant options of your internet browser. In the event of problems, we advise you to consult your browser's help file or contact the manufacturer of the browser you are using.
FINAL PROVISIONS
We are entitled to change this Privacy Policy. The changes made only apply to those who create an account or place an order after the change comes into effect.
Amendments to the Policy shall enter into force seven days after they have been posted on the website. https://www.moriadesign.pl. Users who created an account or placed an order before the change took effect shall be subject to the unchanged Policy as it applied before the change. However, these Users may declare that they wish to be bound by the new Privacy Policy.
In the scope not regulated by this Personal Data Protection Policy of the shop, the Regulations of the moriadesign.pl online shop, the Regulations of electronic services, RODO and the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic service provision (Journal of Laws 2002 no. 144, item 1204 as amended) shall apply.
